this show was amazing! this was my 2nd time seeing them! I met Natty B after micheal franti and spearhead at the electric factory (in philly)- they were playing at a bar down the road. I heard of them before but never heard them or seen them. I walked into the room and was just like "wow" they can BRING it and they DO! No fear - just keep goin higher and higher into the air. Some of the longest and craziest and like "wow wtf is going on...i dont think i can dance anymore!" kinda feeling! They blew my mind the 1st time i seen them! - They are soulful..they have MEANINGFUL GOOD songs..and they jam your head off! - all the great qualities you could ever ask for!
Anyway, this show at the ranch - INCREDIBLE. AMAZING VIBE, AMAZING people! it was awsome. And not to mention they played straight through for like 4 hours! very open, free jam - IM INLOVE! any1 and every1 - GO SEE THIS BAND!

This was my first time seeing Natural Breakdown or Natty B as they are lovingly referred toâÂÂand let me tell you it was an incredible experience!
I have been listening to these guys for about a year now, had heard them play around earlier in the week during their band practices, but to see it all come to fruition was amazing!!!!!
These guys are INCREDIBLE!!!!! I feel fortunate to have seen them in such an intimate setting, because there is no doubt in my mind that once the buzz about Natty B catches on, it will spread like wild fyre and they will be selling out amphitheatres on summer tours across the globe!
From the well timed, well practiced, steady, intricate yet simple beats provided by the extremely talented drummer & more, Vinnie. To the soulful phunky thick solid steady bass riffs being slapped down by the incredible energetic and very talented Gene, who also throws it down vocally as well. To the cosmic language Dan speaks as he plays his guitar, seriously to hear and see Dan play is to see someone conduct god to their finger tips arranging notes in such away that he delivers pure love right in your ears, he truly is an eargasm giver when he's raging on his ax. To the beautiful powerful inspirational lead vocals by Eric who is also tickling the keys to create pure bliss, I don't know maybe it's because keyboard/piano has long been my fav instrument, or maybe it's the way he reminds me of Page with his hands running up and down the board and his gentle nature, but I definitely find myself getting lost in Eric's grooves especially when they turn into a conversation between the other members of the band, an exchange of straight phunk at times, and peaceful melodies and harmonies at others, these boys in Natty B make the language of love when they come together to create and play there sweet songs!!!
I cannot say enough about this band other then, if you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to see them in the near future do it, and do it quickly b/c before too long tickets to a Natural Breakdown show will be hard to come by, because to experience Natural Breakdown live, is to be swept away and taken to a higher level and once you go there, there's no turning back.
To sum it up, "This is what my first Phish show felt likeâÂÂonly this is way better!"--me in the middle of realizing that I found the band that will fill up my music void since I missed Jerry, Phish ended, and now Cheese is calling it quits. I have found my new band and you should too, everyone listen to Natural Breakdown and do all you can to support these AMAZING Musicians who also happen to be beautiful souls, and if that werenâÂÂt enough they are all super hot and way sexy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
